2. The "Annual Review": If your license termination is unsuccessful at the 2-year mark, you no longer have to wait indefinitely. You now have a legal right to apply every single year after that to have your license terminated.

Five men serving IPP sentences have been referred to the Court of Appeal by the Criminal Cases Review Commission, BBC Newsnight has been told.
