Guess I’m a trail runner now. Today I posted my fastest time ever on one of my local trails. I made it up to Verdugo Peak and back in just over 2 hours. 8 miles round trip. That beat my previous best time by over 20 minutes.

As of today I no longer have to take medication for high blood pressure. My life pressure remains high, but at least I’ve got my blood dialed in.

My blood pressure has been low lately but I think that's because I don't put a lot of demands on my blood. I just let it be who it is.

Did my usual hike up to Verdugo Peak. I’ve lost 20 pounds since the summer. This is the first photo where I can really see a difference. I can certainly feel the difference especially in my joints.
