I'm watching a reaction video of a bunch of teenagers/early 20s watching Transformers:the Movie (my all time favorite movie) for the first time and I'm in tears. It's been so long since I've had that first time feeling that I'm teary.

Yeah, Javik would not dig it at all.

It's just dawned on me that almost ALL the tech in the Milky Way is based on Reaper tech (or Leviathan tech). As such, Synthesis is the only way the Reapers/Leviathans survive. For all intents and purposes, they win in Synthesis.

I appreciate that. As a woman, I'm sure you understand: there's literally no changing the heart and mind of a bigot. There's no amount of "performing" you can do to make them see you as more than their preconceived notion of you. I should be able to get some measure of peace from that. But, I don't.
