My 20 YO daughter has alpha gal syndrome. She started vomiting after dinner tonight,& I don't know what poisoned her.
We had orange roughy, an Izzio baguette, and mushrooms.

This is proof that I'm middle-aged. Our ostrich steaks came in this box. It's a GOOD box. Would be perfect for shipping a fragile Christmas present. But do I have the space to keep it around for 3 months?

This half pan should be filled with Mayan Blue watercolor paint. But my cat, fondly known as Mayhem Incarnate, stole it. So either it's somewhere in the house gathering dust (and hopefully staying dry) or tonight's litter box scooping is going to be very blue.

I keep trying to convince myself I need to do serious art. Then I find myself doing weird stuff again, like this little lumpsucker. First in a series of "Oddfish." And they are all going in the most ornate tiny frames I can find.

I always hate my art when I first finish it. Sometimes I like it better with a few days distance. Of course, it's been a while since I've worked in watercolor, so I need to get back in the groove.
