NON-SPOLIERY: Do I like #StarfleetAcademy? Yes. Do I LOVE it? Not sure? The thing I like least is the drill sergeant First Officer. Starfleet would be well past screaming by now, I think. Other than that and a few other minor issues, this show has REAL promise. More tonight on Thursday Night Geeks!

I do also like the examination of grief through Sukal. Is it a great cause for The Burn? No, but the way children process these emotions is vastly different than adults and it can take years to realize the full effects. That message hit me very hard since I was still in my own grieve period.

When I was doing strength workouts pretty regularly at the gym I went to in NH, they did that programming on Mon/Weds/Fri to allow for rest days in between. (On Tues/Thurs/Sat they'd do MetCon for a more cardio based workout). Maybe your body isn't getting enough recovery time?

My soul is just weary after the last week of events here in the United States. There was a time--not all that long ago--where I thought this nation could endure anything and, now, I'm not so sure. Knowing that we have a minimum of 3 more years to get through is pretty crushing. 1/2

Silent, and Do Not Disturb on top of it. Certain contacts can still get through in an emergency, but my goal during sleep is to stay that way through the night. Lol

Believe me, if Clinton were all over the Epstein Files like Trump, his name wouldn't be redacted in ANY way by the Trump DOJ.

He SHOULD refuse to testify. Especially since the DOJ still hasn't released ALL of the Epstein Files yet and were supposed to weeks ago.

We really like the Optimum Nutrition stuff. Our trainer up in NH used it which was what made us try it and I always have some on hand to have yogurt instead of ice cream. 😀
