I like to believe X Zone is canon to all involved which means:

Phoenix got the magatama charged by Pearl in JFA
The Magatama's power lasted for about a year and a half, losing its power pre-PLvAA
It got recharged by Morrigan Darkstalkers in X Zone 2
It lost its power again after AJ flashback case

I just came across these MegaDrive cartridge dioramas (neat!) and saw this Street Fighter one... which made me remember this awful Snes controller one I had as a kid. Quality control didn't exist back then, ya see (I still liked it)
A MegaDrive (Genesis in this case) cartridge that opens up and you can pose characters on a stage. This is a Super Street Fighter 2 version, with Ryu and Ken characters. A yellowed Snes controller that opens up to reveal Chun-li and Guile figures on a stage
