* Bluesky MUST abide by US gov demands

If you're looking for social media that the current US government aren't in control of there is only one alternative.

Mastodon.

Lead by example.

I'm seeing friends in droves moving off Xitter and Facebook - that's great! And yes, Bluesky is currently a better alternative.

But if you're doing it because of how the current US regime is forcing Meta and X do pander to them, no, Bluesky is NOT a viable option.
