Struggle ≠ Learning
Bjork’s “desirable difficulties” shows that students learn best when challenged at the edge of their ability. But “undesirable difficulties”like not being able to read the font, remember instructions, or decode the task—don’t build resilience; they just build frustration.

If you can host me, I would offer the host school discounted/free attendance rates for their TAs.

Tickets will be £55- which includes a copy of my book for each TA. (I would need a minimum of 20 attendees for each session!) Discounts for multiple TAs from the same school will be available!

The idea is I come to a location and deliver two half day training slots.

TAs from the local areas all get 1/2 a day of effective CPD and schools don’t lose their support for the whole day.

Schools can split their TAs across the day!

09.00-12.00- AM slot
12.00-15.00- PM slot
