Lazy research. Are companies trying to get away from freezes? At the blues we tried to advance modern capabilities to not freeze during annual enrollment. Some retailers still freeze around black friday/cyber Monday. Do they want to stop?

I don't see broad energy toward this.

Optics matter though. I can't sit in a customer business meeting with AirPods. At least not yet. The discrete aspect of hearing aids today is the current killer feature.

As a hearing aid wearer, the Apple AirPod announcement (https://www.theverge.com/2024/9/9/24236881/apple-airpods-pro-second-gen-hearing-aid-protection-features-update) is exciting. I won't be using them or at least not exclusively. I *love* the fact consumer electronics companies...

Vigo, Spain has steep hills like Seattle or San Francisco. They installed people movers similar to what we have in airports like Denver. They were installed to help elderly, those that have trouble walking, and “those that had too much fun and drink” per our guide. Perfect! 🤣
