my region isn't out of the woods yet. scientists are warning us that a 7.2 to 7.9 magnitude earthquake could happen in our region. it's scary cause i live in the most populated area in my country

gotta stay prepared. i'm more scared about evacuating our 10 pets. gonna be stressful

government officials buying supercars worth millions and multiple bags and outfits from thousand-dollar designer brands, going to multiple countries a year using TAX MONEY

meanwhile i'm struggling with my job that only pays roughly $250 a month, no health benefits, etc.

having a very negligent and corrupt government doesn't help either

the floods from the typhoons that passed reached past 10 feet in some areas. houses were destroyed

no response from the government. it's only people helping people

non-stop earthquakes in the philippines

6.7 magnitude in cebu. recently a 4.4 in baguio, a 4.8 in la union, and now a 7.6 in davao with a tsunami warning :c

there were typhoons that flooded so many areas in metro manila and other regions

the amount of suffering here is sad. we can't catch a break

words can't describe how much i love this little guy. i'm poor but vet bills feel like nothing. bad days feel mediocre against this bird. the thought of one day losing him makes me wanna be mad at the universe that will take him

i'm Catholic and i absolutely feel the same way. in my experience it's usually been older people who supported him. they didn't even know him until news of what happened

like how can you be Catholic and support someone who doesn't believe in empathy too, one of the main teachings in Catholicism
