I have extra cans because TGiving is coming up and I like Pineapple Casserole [sans cheese, which I dislike] I also eat pineapple with hot sauce as a side, so I'm thinking Pineapple Jalapeno fritters might be an experiment.

Go for it. I was fortunate that my local shelter make it easy to adopt. For the whole month of October all their dogs are $10.00 to qualified adopters. Haruko happened because I'd been to the dollar tree and bought all the dog toys to donate and there she was....in the reception crates.

After my husband died last year, I already had two dogs, but I went to the shelter and got 3 more. Best move, EVER. The other two were grieving right alongside me, but the three new ones just brought their joy at finding a family.
