The new Lionel Chicago & Alton 4-4-2 Atlantic from Ericstrains in comparison to a C&A Pacific in its early years with the exact paint scheme.
Unfortunately, I could not find any of their 4-4-2s with that scheme.

It's a damn good paint scheme for an SP Atlantic!

Chicago & Northwestern E-2/E-2a 2908

One of the forgotten Alco Pacifics that pulled The Twin Cities 400 at over 100mph, and among the only steam locomotives on the Chicago & Northwestern that burned oil at one point.

It's most known for having dual air horns and the signature sky marslight

Should the Age of Steam Roundhouse temporarily disguise Canadian Pacific 1293 as the 1881 in Terror Train 1980?

This year does mark the 45th anniversary of the film's release in 1980. 1293 was the locomotive used in the filming in Vermont in 1979.

O Gauge is good on my end since I mainly focus on semi-scale, it's just finding certain stuff and finding a place in my house to build a decent sized layout:

Especially making a small locomotive that is $1000. Not many people out there can cough up $1000 for a switcher.

If I'm buying anything that is $1000 that shit BETTER be the best thing in years, there's no excuse.

This is a C-1-a with a silver smokebox like the Lionel 43 which became standard starting in 1945.

Despite the introduction of the red M-K-T herald and converting their steam locomotives to burn oil in the 1920s and 1930s, many of the C-1a and C-1-b class 0-8-0s could still be seen burning coal.

Lionel, there is no excuse to mess up a Missouri Kansas Texas locomotive of the same class (The C-1-a class 0-8-0s were numbered 39 to 58)

During their final years of service in the 1950s, these engines could be seen pulling the new green and yellow gallery cars.

Locomotives such as 626 and 614 used them on fantrips.

Fun fact:
375 here had arrived from Dallas with The Bluebonnet

It was the forgotten jointly run passenger train that the Frisco and Katy ran.
Most know about The Texas Special but very few know about The Bluebonnet.
