Passionate about CPFC, Mental Health and Mental Health Nursing with a guilty secret about Loose Windscreens
This graphic makes an absolute nonsense of some of today's celebratory newspaper front pages.

Some papers talk such shit
A graphic from Football Supporters Europe showing how many tickets FIFA's new $60 tier actually accounts for.

On the face of it, the likes of Celtic fans calling for their managers head, SO soon seems completely ludicrous.

BUT I 100% backed SP's brave decision to recognise a mistake & sack FdB after 4 games (but also pre-season as evidence).

FdB was in 77days.

Surely it's insane to sack a mgr after 2wks?

I’ve got a Palace mate who doesn’t like Glasner?!

So weird

Come On You Cottagers

Weird incongruity between Keith Andrews, on the one hand, saying what an inspiration CPFC FAC25 win was, then on the other he makes six changes to his Bees side at City?

Did he not notice what OG did to win the cup?

It wasn't making six changes in a 1/4 final

Weirdly many City see Palace as a bogey side

The results beg to differ.

No matter what the loses, and 10 yrs since a win in SE25, we still won the one that really mattered. And no one can ever take that off us.

Hence nice to remind Haaland of the pen that truly mattered & his absence. It hurt him

I know you make your own luck in football.

But everytime I see sunnerlun play they’re so lucky.

Chances at a premium in Derby but Woltemade scores an extraordinary OG to give them win

I take solace in City closing in on the North London Opera House
December 14, 2025 at 4:56 PM
Reminded today of how my City supporting Step In Laws were not big enough, or generous enough to congratulate me on the FA Cup in the summer

I consider myself a socialist. I’m a shop steward.

But I can’t stand this left thing of celebrating any and every strike.

So many fetishise ANY Union action, whatever the circs.

Class war writ large.

I don’t back all industrial action in any circumstance & will vote against if I think it’s right

Who was the last player as young, or younger, than Ben Casey, to make his debut?

Got to be a while ago?

Maybe that spate of youngster Warnock played, in order to line his own pockets with the bonuses of blooding youth players.

As explained by Jason Puncheon

"Former England and Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 32, is targeting a return to the Premier League in January having been a free agent since leaving Besiktas in August. (Athletic - subscription required)"

'targeting'

Yeah right.

That's going to happen.

I'm not sure those who say that the death of Diogo Jota is an under considered factor in LFC struggles are any way accurate.

You can't see a take that doesn't, rightly, consider the level of grief there as a considerable factor
December 8, 2025 at 11:40 PM
I KNOW it's said every year a side really struggles, & was said about that Blades team that went 17 w/o winning...

But Derby's 11 pts look a long way off for WWFC right now.

I don't see what Edwards media remarks are doing to help?

Maybe he's writing it off. But where do he, & they, go from here?
December 8, 2025 at 11:26 PM
Before you even watch these clips you know Dermot Gallagher's position & Jay Bothroyd's position. DG dully predictable.

We've had three of these, on the line, pen appeals not given, twice at Wolves, in each half, & at Cottage

Ref Watch: Should Crystal Palace have had a penalty at Fulham?
Jay Bothroyd and Dermot Gallagher run the rule over whether or not Crystal Palace should have been awarded a penalty during their 2-1 win at Fulham on Sunday.

Forest at it again.

Writing letters complaining.

Paranoid they're the only ones to ever get the worng side of a decision.

Bunch of ****s

What are these whispers Muñoz has been arrested?

Stereotyping a Colombian?

Anything in it? I've only seen 3rd hand.
December 7, 2025 at 8:57 PM
Don't really rate Bernd Leno.

He's not bad, but he's not great.

Certainly no where near the league of Deano.

Would Leno be in your top 50% of Prem keepers? Not for me.
December 7, 2025 at 8:37 PM
Winning without Sarr and Muñoz feels like that win at Carrow Road in 1999 when the kids were playing
December 7, 2025 at 8:28 PM
What were the HF05 up to today?

They kept walking out en masse mid match and going somewhere in the corner?

At one point I was expecting more smoke bombs on the pen area
December 7, 2025 at 8:16 PM
I slagged off our subs on Wednesday, but they were all sensational today.

Like at Molineux we got better up front after taking JP off. Uche spread chaos. Lerma is quality to come on.

Canvot is no RWB (he’s played RB for France U21s) but did his job.

Devenny did Devenny things
December 7, 2025 at 8:11 PM
I thought that was the best FFC performance at the Cottage in years.

Pre match and most points of the game I’d have bitten your hands off for a draw.

FFC have a number of players signed for more than we’ve ever spent on a player.

They got worse after bringing on their subs, inc €40m Kevin
December 7, 2025 at 8:08 PM
Scottie the Hottie is entirely delusional: 'a big result is just around the corner' he says.

Given the nonsense he spouted midweek... if that was what he considers a good performance v CPFC then God help Burnley... he's talking a better game than his team are playing
December 6, 2025 at 11:31 PM
Kolo Muani looks absolutely terrible for Spurs.

I thought he was young but is 27!
