In Bruges: pretty good
Seven Psycopaths: juvenile and kinda a mess
Three Billboards: absolute and complete tripe
Banshees of Inisherin: just okay but could have been great

I'm getting back into watching films again which is so nice, but ONCE AGAIN I get sooooo self-conscious writing my gay little reviews on Letterboxd against my friends who have films logged in the thousands, despite the fact they're basically a glorified diary entry for me. Don't judge me friends!!!!

I’m complaining for the sake of complaining tbh, I’m literally sat at my local cinema’s bar right now awaiting a burger and then I’m gonna go see One Battle After Another in an hour! Hugely preferable to the past July/August where I was worried about whether I could afford food for my pets/myself

The only other thing is the downsides of being autistic rears up here as I need to spend one of my two weekend days recreating this image (but in bed) to recover from interacting with people 8 hours a day x5 (a first world problem that sounds pathetic when I write it down, but it is what it is)

My commute from work takes about an hour one way, which is tiring, but most of it is on a bus I can take for FREE, and whenever else do I get to be taxi’d somewhere for free whilst I get to zone the fuck out listening to music and looking at yaoi on my phone?

Went to a gig for the first time in a while and remember one of my least favourite genres of gig attenders - early middle aged bloke who loudly complains about the eclectic/ less “polished” starting act to his mates/girlfriend for the purpose of getting other strangers to agree with him

Part of my relative social media a sense is that getting this thing written in addition to the absolutely terrible summer I’ve had has been, uh, an experience! But irregardless of the mark i get I can’t say I didn’t work my ass off to get here. Pending this thing passing, I’m done.
