Our members in Solano County have spoken and they ALL voted to authorize a strike 👏 Cancelled bargaining sessions, rejection of pay equity, and inadequate offers left our physicians with no choice but to take a stand for fair, good faith negotiations that value their work and protect patient care.

As soon as the government reopened, nearly 100 NPs, PAs, and optometrists at MultiCare Mary Bridge filed to unionize 💪 They care for kids across the South Puget Sound and are reclaiming their voice for safe staffing, real resources, and continuity of care that children and their families deserve.
