"Ay, pero hay que promover la lectura". Destina ese dinero a bibliotecas y a programas de fomento de la lectura, en particular entre quien ahora NO considera leer ni comprar libros. Probablemente ahí ese dinero tenga mejor retorno.

To be fair, China isn’t doing anything the US hasn’t done to China.

As I noted the other day, tariffs, sanctions, and export controls were all first imposed by the US on China over the past decade.

The US wrongly believed that its hard power policy would convince others to fold immediately.
