💊 Drugs (penicillin, NSAIDs)
🐝 Stings
🌳 Latex
🚨 Always check allergy status at assessment. Don’t assume it’s in the notes.

Anaphylaxis can escalate fast. Know the signs: swelling of lips/tongue, difficulty breathing, wheeze, rash, low BP, dizziness, collapse. Be alert in custody & SARCs—early recognition saves lives.
