Amplifying Ukrainian voices here and everywhere. I have family in Kharkiv and Crimea and a pile of family history enduring Russian aggression. If we are going to learn from history, we need to tell our stories. I run with a pack of rowdy shibas.
RELEASE THE #EPSTEIN FILES. ALL of those involved need to be held accountable. NOW. WHY are people protecting rapists? I. believe. the. women.
Epstein Survivor Lisa Phillips: Everyone makes it about Trump and Epstein, but it’s about this whole ring of men. That’s what makes me upset, because we know they were there. We saw them. We know there were royalty, princes, very powerful people in academia and tech, and we saw them at parties.

The world joined us and said, “No Kings.”

It had a street party vibe and was super fun.
No instigators or counter-protestors that we saw (and this location has had some in the past). People wore all kinds of costumes, had great signs, and had a bunch of different instruments... Mostly percussion, but also saw violin, guitar, and trombone. Those driving by were very much participating.
Observations from #NoKings in Saint Paul, MN today. For context, this was a smaller, nhood protest (the big one was downtown Mpls today). It was VERY family-friendly. There were lots of kids of all ages, many with their own signs. Also LOTS of seniors of varying mobility.
#Mpls definitely had the larger rally ...photo from @mprnews.org estimates 100-150K people

I believe a wise man once said, "We're very lucky they are so fucking stupid."
You can also deliberately choose venues likely to have smaller crowds- like in neighborhoods or on street corners in smaller towns. There's so many events... Search by zip code.

Think about finding a smaller rally in a less volatile spot. With a kiddo, I have similar concerns, but last time when we picked a smaller rally, it was perfect. Super chill, family friendly, just good vibes and great signs. Still visible and still important. There were about 1000 of us.
