This isn’t law enforcement. It’s political retribution and a major threat to our democracy. #HandsOffTish #ProtectJustice #StandWithBlackWomen

We have to use every tool at our disposal to defend against authoritarianism, and state AGs are our strongest line of defense.

Sign our petition urging Netflix and Amazon to sever all ties with accused serial sexual abuser Neil Gaiman:
Tell Netflix and Amazon: Sever all ties with accused serial sexual abuser Neil Gaiman!
Trigger warning: This email contains details of nonconsensual sexual violence. Please take care of yourself as you read it, and stop at any time for your emotional health. Neil Gaiman, the author of bestselling novels adapted to the big screen such as Coraline and The Sandman, has been credibly accused of sexually assaulting and exploiting multiple young women whose jobs and/or housing depended on maintaining a working relationship with him. In a heartbreaking and triggering story in New York magazine, eight women shared similar and disturbingly detailed accounts of Gaiman raping them, sodomizing them, beating them with a belt, and even sexually assaulting them in front of his young son. Gaiman has issued the typical denial--these acts were consensual!--and nonapology apology: "I was emotionally unavailable while being sexually available, self-focused and not as thoughtful as I could or should have been. I was obviously careless with people's hearts and feelings, and that's something that I really, deeply regret." Gaiman's representatives have also claimed that these sexual encounters were consensual, but Gaiman's long paper trail of nondisclosure agreements and payments suggests otherwise. As survivors and advocates, we've been here many times before and we'll say it again: No individual or company should be profiting from a violent sexual abuser's work. Sign the petition by filling out the form on the left-hand side of this page to tell Netflix and Amazon to sever ties immediately with Gaiman!

It’s worth noting that the case against Neil Gaiman was thrown out due to a technicality—the sexual assault and battery took place in New Zealand—and not that the allegations are untrue.

It's important to remember that ICE's barbaric attacks not only harm immigrants' physical safety, but also cause paralyzing fear that prevents women and pregnant people from seeking critical health care.
ICE fears put pregnant immigrants and their babies at risk
Fear of deportation is deterring people without permanent legal status from critical care. Doctors are worried for their health — and the health of their pregnancies.
