I ended up going to the gym after my tap and lyrical dance classes. Dancing for 1.5 hours limbered me up.

I’m being a “bad” boy today and skipping the gym for the first time in a month. Nineteen 5Ks since September 23rd has me a bit run down. Going to enjoy a cigar and go to dance class later tonight.

I’ll make up today’s skip tomorrow.
