I've begun to assume that if a company is sending you a survey they are just seeing how much worse they can make the service without you leaving.
Like if you're really happy with it they'll throw in more ads just to maximize the satisfaction:profit ratio

I just found my BEST resource for my Luffy Piece cut of One Piece
Every song labeled and with timecodes for every episodes.
My biggest hurdle was when I would need to cover dialog up with the original music but didn't know the song to use (and it was a big pain to track down) but now that's EASY

The problem with the pacing isn't the combat, it's the big ass dungeons where nothing happens and undermines the urgency of the story. And flashy progression bars that hold you down and force you to watch for the 100th time.
