In a pre-release patch of DELTARUNE, an early version of Tenna's pre-battle cutscene in Chapter 3 shows a scrapped easter egg where a scary clone would take his place.

When asked about it, Mr. Tenna said something about our house we couldn't quite make out.

In untested PC builds of DELTARUNE Chapter 4, Kris's "OldMan" ACT would change its description (and name under certain conditions) if you waited for prolonged periods of time.

Shortly before the release of UNDERTALE, an ending where the NPC from Hotland "Sans" would unfortunately destroy the world, leading to an "everyone sad ending." This special ending was removed after Sans had requested it to be.
