#OnThisDay in 1944, the U.S. Navy began training for its first Black officers. They overcame racism and became known as “the Golden 13” for their excellence, paving the way for President Harry Truman to desegregate the military four years later.

"Lu Lu" shares,"It takes a lot of skill to prune grapevines correctly. We carefully remove much of the previous year’s growth. Good pruning allows proper spacing for sun exposure and air circulation. You need to do this to grow the kind of grape that makes good wine" #WeFeedYou
