This morning, @UNOPS.org successfully delivered 92,000 litres of fuel to Gaza City. The fuel will support health facilities, water and sanitation services, and telecommunications.

This fuel is an essential lifeline amid the ongoing Gaza City offensive.

We welcome a slight increase in approved fuel entry into Gaza starting this week, but it is still far from what we need.

I welcome the increase in fuel being approved for entry and we are expecting to bring in approx 150k L today.

However, this is much less than what Gaza needs to survive day-to-day. We continue to call for entry of additional quantities in support of the humanitarian operations.
