The thing with comics is you don’t really need to know everything going in, each run that starts with its own issue 1 is usually one you can read even if youve never heard of the characters, and North’s run is pretty low key

Gwenpool’s actually a perfect example cuz her big run is entirely self contained; a lot of the best runs are, ill find a link for you later
F4 I would recommend the latest run by Ryan North, its another fresh start focused on a new development with the family and its arguably their best run in years

There are sites I use I’ll link to you later; i was referencing this bit where Galactus amps Johnny’s powers (he swapped with Sue for a bit) and mafe it so he can use them on a planetary scale

He hasnt used it on Reed to my knowledge but he could

But this sentiment of comics being hard to get into is a known one, and a lot of the new titles are made to be accessible to new readers from the jump

Thats kind of an issue with comics being more corporate/meant to last potentially forever, but I think the best way to look at it is to view them like the tv shows; 90’s Spidey and Spectacular Spidey are two different takes using the same cast, and with comic runs its the same deal
