Excellent research by Prof Joao Porto de Albuquerque @uofgussp.bsky.social on reducing the impact of climate change on wellbeing in Brazil's favela communities. Although disproportionately affected by climate change, these communities face compounded climate and data injustices.
As Brazil prepares to welcome global leaders for COP30, research led by Prof Joao Porto de Albequerque @uofgussp.bsky.social is aiming to reduce climate change impacts on health and wellbeing in the country’s favela urban communities.
