Very excited to be working on reproduction upholstery fabric for a very unique antique car.
@ironcauldron.ca used those mock-ups to begin the process of dyeing the silk in our target range. The next tricky part was to see how the teal range would combine with 3 slightly different brown warps.

The wool was custom spun at Wellington Fibres, close to Elora, Ontario.

Pictures from a recent meeting with @uppercanadaweaving.bsky.social to compare scaled tests against original samples and the swatch we have for recreating this upholstery fabric. I do scaled tests when colour matching is a primary focus, to make sure things will turn out right - these looked good!
