KCD2 done - finally.
My thoughts on the game remain the same - Incredible journey, world, characters. Mostly excellent writing and dialog. The ultra-immersion is not my bag so it diminished the fun factor but I think this is still a game worth playing.

Closing in on 60 hours of KCD2 and in the last 15-20% of story.
As much as I am enjoying the story, characters, and lots of the world I have trouble loving this game like everyone else.
It is so incredibly immersive and deliberate and slow with everything you do it chips away at the fun for me.

Finished Lakehouse dlc for Alan wake 2. Both DLCs were incredible and a feather in the cap of one of the best games in the last 5 years period.

Playing through Alan Wake 2 Lakehouse DLC. Didn't realize this was such a critique of AI in art. Very poignant. Remedy is always two steps ahead. Incredible DLC so far.

Finally finished Spiderman: Remastered today after chipping away at it for the last like year. Production quality was off the charts even if I didn't enjoy it as much as most. Still glad to have played it. Miles Morales is better imo.

Alan Wake 2 and dlc on sale on Xbox. Beat the base game earlier on ps5 but copped this to play the dlc. Incredible game worth any extra money I can throw at it.

Have not played the Tomb Raider survivor trilogy yet so, just copped for pennies on the steam sales. Hope they're good!

I fully expect Larian to reverse or adjust their stance on internal usage of gen AI for anything concept art (or creative in general) related in the coming days. Probably one of the few companies that can pull that off and undo much (but not all) of the goodwill they've lost over it.
