18 minutes... That's how long it took for the news to get to a critical news article about a potentially major weather event about to hit the country. Most of the delay was talking about the rugby. Surely we're better with our priorities than this.

The wheels have fallen off at the supermarket. Seems like an apt metaphor for some people struggling in the current climate. It's worth showing some compassion to those in need, especially now it's not a hot topic because the elections are over.
