If by dumb you mean run up a two goal lead and continue to press hard as opposed to adjusting their playing style, get fatigued and end up giving up two goals and leaving with just one point, it’s a possibility.

Great work from Bader Mian and the ProBE-PC group underscoring the issues with composite endpoints and the likely equivalence of TP and TR prostate biopsy. I still think TP is the way to go if you can do it safely and quickly but we shouldnt let that affect access and if you do
