A nasty infection not directly linked to the sciatica - might have been brought on by the allergic reaction to the painkillers, could have been due to her not being able to wash properly.

Since 2019 I’ve had a little trip to a farm shop for some nicer Christmas food.
This year it’s unlikely to happen due to poor health.
Looking for recommendations for some good cheese (Morrisons is shit, but happy to look at other supermarkets)
and specialty food.
