One month in and 'the case is still being investigated'. I'm starting to think I could actually lose the shares here. Look at the chart on Etrade for the ticker vs. OTCM where it trades. It's subtle but see if you can spot the difference. (how does suing work?)

So QTIH had a reverse split effective after hours last Thursday. Apparently some brokers didn't reflect the split in their accounts on Friday. Shares traded nearly flat on a non split adjusted basis or down 2/3 on a split adjusted basis then started moving toward the 'correct price'...

maybe this will be a continuing series. QT imaging 1:3 reverse split uplist to the Nasdaq, 'should' trade up 200% but opened up ~30% I wasn't watching at open but I did trade this one 💰(as an actual investment the warrants seemed way too cheap and still kind of do. Nearly ATM, 3+ years)

Something I've been noticing for a few months, in a lot of the zero coverage microcap junk I follow is they will PR a material development and not gap up but instead take an hour or two to react. Have not traded on the strategy yet since not normally a trader but super interesting.

what am I missing on QT Imaging warrants trading at ~0.12 with a strike of 2.30 (can be called at 3.60) and 3+ years remaining vs. common trading at 2.30+ already? They have revenue growth via contracted minimums and just raised cash so have some amount of runway in hand.

Update, it's totally insane. I came at it from a direction where you couldn't see it until you could SEE IT. It's got the grand canyon awe, but stuffed in a neighborhood like Fenway park. Also, lining the other side of the street on one side, KFC, Burger King, Five Guys, Ben and Jerrys.
It’s almost like getting off an international flight going to a Catalan wedding with 10+ hr reception then waking up and running 10 miles the next day isn’t how to not be sick the rest of your trip. Will report back on Sagrada Família with fever
