Believing government should understand that those who benefit the most from capitalism should pay for its running is not enough for the bleeding edge leftists of today. They think the government should cure our history of White majority, and strip males of their genetic tendencies.

After watching all J. Reeves films on the new Re:Voir Bluray, and liking them all v much, I opened the attached booklet and read the most vile, biased, and tendentious tripe. Whoever you are Laura Staab, your judgmental and unserious thoughts are beneath Re:Voir's standards. @revoir.bsky.social .

Since Barack is all over the news today, I thought I'd share this thought: You can not compromise w/ plutocrats. We might have made some progress if Obama had realized plutocrats have enough money to always wait out Dems. Economically the disadvantaged backslid under both Obama and Biden.

If this were happening in any other country, Americans, esp conservative ones, would be spitting expletives. Plutocrats have corralled Evangelicals into believing they speak for the Fourth Great Awakening. Why have Dems been so steadfastly asleep? Excommunicate the Clintons and the Clintonistas.

People falsely arrested or injured by ICE are getting nothing, while Trump sues US government for 10 billion for trying to get the taxpayer property back that he stole and hid at Mar-A-Lago. Surely the politicians and Evangelicals of the GOP can see how wrong this is.

I don't think anyone denies we are in extreme danger when an arrogant and solipsistic man has his finger on the button. Does any Democrat ever point that out? We're in a 50 year backslide in the fight for economic fairness, and yet today's leadership acts as if we're still in the first quarter.

Just finished watching Trier's 'Reprise' on the Criterion Channel. As honest a film as I've seen since his 'Oslo, August 31st,' a film I've thought about often since I saw it a decade ago.

Billionaires are blackmailing Dem politicians such as Newsom and Porter. There are legislative methods to ensure a wealth tax is imposed w/o fearing the billionaire threat of them moving out of the state. But Clinton taught CA Dem politicians that personal success results from caving to plutocrats.

Nothing's going to be solved until politicians' revenue streams are cut off. J Roberts kowtowed to monied interests in destroying any hope of this happening. Many of our problems are a direct result of Roberts lack of ethics, incompetence, and Catholic inculcation. Dems are too cowardly to say so.

I used to live in California an d my children live there now. I was surprised to hear both Newsom and Porter are against the initiative on taxation of billionaires. They say they are afraid of billionaires taking their money out of CA, which seems easily overcome w/ a mark to market tax.

Later this month SCOTUS will probably rule on Trump's tariffs in his favor. I've accepted the hypocrisy of the putative strict constructionists on the bench. They've smeared themselves in moral jelly by calling themselves 'originalists' instead of what they are: Inculcated conservative Catholics.
