🎉 Resistance works! After multiple states’ Attorneys General sued the Department of Justice, the federal administration removed illegal restrictions on legal services for immigrant survivors they imposed earlier this year.

#CALeg proposed $100 million for crime survivor services. Now, it is up to @governor.ca.gov to include funding in the final #CABudget to protect survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, child abuse, and other violent crimes.
