I used to avoid onions like the plague, but then I took culinary classes in high school and now I love them (at least the non-red ones).

Unfortunately, the process of making it is long and arduous (caramelizing onions) so making some myself is mostly out of the question.

Yeah. Might try to make some myself at some point, as long as I can get a good recipe. My heart however, yearns for French Onion soup, *that* is some food for the soul right there.

SOUP

(Last soup I had was one of those cup soups, Cheddar Broccoli but it also had bone broth and coconut oil, it was unfortunately mediocre and probably wouldn't have been better even if I had mixed it all properly. Need to have some good soup in the near future.)
