I should post this over here too.

Giannis was at a sports collectibles convention on Saturday. Discussing how he had to shorten his autograph because he wanted to have a 15–20 year career. Then, someone shouts: "all in Milwaukee!"

Giannis, with a wink and smile: "all in Milwaukee, baby."

If Milwaukee wants to use their entire $14.1 MLE plus sign Rollins and Sims on new contracts at anything above one-year vet minimums, they'll need to cut payroll. $18.8m in space beneath their hard cap right now: $14.1m plus two vet mins at $2.3m would be just $130k clear of it.

Ahead of free agency beginning on Monday, Bucks big man and unrestricted free agent Bobby Portis was scheduled to speak to media this afternoon in Milwaukee at the USA Fencing Summer Nationals, which start tomorrow at the Baird Center. However, he was a late cancellation.

The Bucks have a $7.2m trade exception this offseason, so they can acquire someone making up to that much without sending out a player in return. Here's how that works, plus some candidates, including an old friend:

Dear white people online:

Stop trying to tell middle eastern people how they should feel or think about the US bombing other middle eastern people. Today is when you shut up and listen. Like you were supposed to do in June 2020.

The amount of so-called Palestine allies in my mentions who are telling me that I, a Persian American who way votes blue, am complicit in the bombing of my own country is a new type of sickening.

I’m so fucking pissed off at this subhuman piece of shit in the White House and his party of despicable scumbags who enable this shit. We’re really gonna fight a war with a place where my family lives.

Why do I never hear about why this antichrist kid from Oshkosh shares his name with an evil fracking corporation? We’re told to just appreciate him? This is an inside job.

Thibs has been convincing basketball people—including writers and analysts—who should know better that he’s a good coach for almost a decade now. I know I’ve said this before, but it bears repeating: low key one of the worst head coaches in the league these last several years.
June 3, 2025 at 10:27 PM
They don’t need to use the MLE for Rollins since they 1. can match any offer sheets for him in RFA and 2. have Early Bird rights on him so can sign him on a new deal with a salary of up to ~$13m in year one. No need to use any exception (or cap space) to keep him.
@vanfayaz.bsky.social why does everyone say split the MLE between Trent and KPJ? If they split it I’d rather it goes to Rollins.

@sethpartnow.bsky.social you quote tweet people and then it incites this kind of dogpiling. Happens on a lot of your posts.
That guy runs a team site??? Bucks fans don't deserve this

At the NBA Draft combine. Earlier I overheard a fan ask this of Hawks assistant GM Kyle Korver outside: “where do you think Giannis will play next year?”

His response: “Milwaukee.”
May 14, 2025 at 6:28 PM
Things change fast in the NBA. Next year’s East is now wide open. Celtics won’t retain a starter with a big tax bill ahead. Pacers & Knicks likely won’t be huge favorites. Sixers & Magic will be trying to get re-involved. Cavs will still be a bit unproven. Absolutely room for the Bucks in that mix.

In 2023, they lost Game 5 on a Wednesday and they didn’t fire Bud until the following Thursday.

Get Kyle KuzMAGA off my favorite basketball team. Immediately.
April 26, 2025 at 1:28 AM
Whatever your feelings about Horst are, do you trust this ownership group with Jimmy Haslam, who hired Doc Rivers, to make a good GM hire if they let Horst walk?

I sure as hell don't. Grass ain't always greener. But now they can't do a search.
April 24, 2025 at 3:31 PM
Extending Horst is a good call. Aside from the Kuzma deal (he can fix it with a move this summer), he hasn't missed since the Crowder trade. Was overruled for coaching hires.

This offseason, ownership and Giannis NEED to let him pick his own coach. BADLY.
April 24, 2025 at 3:03 PM
Small sample, but the clock may have struck midnight on the Giannis + bench lineup.

No excuse whatsoever to play the second lineup one minute on Friday. With how the four non-PGs look together these first two games, would be coaching malpractice.
