My movement comes from my back strength. I’m so wide I have to roll my massive belly from side to side and lift my leg to build enough momentum for the wave of fat to flip me. Do you know how much weight is being tossed in that flip? Once it starts, it can’t be stopped

I felt something on my lower calf and thought maybe something slid off my belly. it wasn’t. It was my heavy FatPad hanging so low it reached my leg. I didn’t even realize it grew that much.
