But this isn't the case... a plurality (and near majority) of republicans want higher taxes on both corporations and the rich (and i imagine cross referencing for poorer republicans would increase this gap). Far more symptomatic of dems failures to promote popular policy options

It's not just that they are, briefly and bizarrely, letting him publish his thoughts as just an unedited stream of consciousness, but also that his prose is so explicitly distracting that no one would think it is either good let alone up to publishable quality

But how much of this is Republicans thinking Dems have gone too far left/Dems thinking Republicans have gone too far right? I think the party splits are quite important here as a significant amount of Dems think the party has not gone far enough left

Sartre's Search for a method (both the essay and the expanded book) would be good starting points! In it he attemps to mediated between existentialism as the lived realities of capitalism and Marxism as a heuristic to make sense of mass alienation!

Do you know what you are getting into re:TBS's live performances. Adam has never been great live and things seem quite bad this tour, although some of the joy of a TBS show is finding out how bad hell sound lol (have only heard good things re: Foxing and Coheed)
