I do! 15~40 USD depending on complexity.
Meaning outfit swaps, edits, changes to an existing skin are on the lower end. And skins from scratch, wanting me to wing it raw style, will land higher.

However by removing those lower pixels that make only the hair look better, and keeping the layer hair, we can add shading that makes the tunic more present, as well as keep the hair feeling roughly the same.

The mod allows you to change how the 3D pixels are placed, but some details may be lost.

A bias though is that I do not like 3D skin layers. As an example of why, and small details you lose when using it:
If you look at the long twin tails in the front on this first image, the chest, tunic, and over all shape of the outfit is visible, but the layer under makes the hair mostly feel full.

I used to do a number of MC skin commissions.

I also tend to make the eyelashes like this so they may appear rounder. Because of, Yan-ba here, this character I roleplayed as, my peers started calling them Yan-ba eyes.
