I shopped an idea once of a wacko Ice spell that was composed of very cold, very fine ice crystals/ snowflakes.
The caster makes a cloud of it, that if passed through it'd cut you good, or if you breath it in it'd be real bad to have in you.

This is a moth girl as a Hibiscus Clan Doll. An old idea for brainwashed / corruption combatants in a setting I wrote in. There isnt much to the Hibiscuss clan, they are meant to be a dubious bad guy.
