Taking my time to grieve and focusing on my mental health and classes made me realize a lot.

People might want your attention and support, but it's often not mutual. Sometimes, social media and streaming feels pretty dehumanizing.

I'm at the gym and just got an update about the person who fell down.

They're still in the ICU. The gym owner thanked my friend and told him he's a hero for saving that person.

I'm really hoping for the best and that they recover well.

I'm trying to take care of myself while doing midterm papers and exams.

My close friends have been so supportive and kind to me these past few days.

I have no clue if that person is okay, we left when the fire department came so we could give them privacy. I've experienced something like this before, so it's been tough recovering from what happened.

The other day, I had a very traumatic experience at the gym. Someone fell down, passed out, and completely stopped breathing. My close friend and another girl did chest compressions and used a defibrillator until the fire department came.
