My house is comfy and the heat is not on here yet. Years ago, I foolishly put my fitness equipment in my unfinished basement so it would be too cold there now. I have a radiant heater, but not enough time to warm the space up in the morning.

It is 33°F outside currently. That's flippin' cold! I woke up thinking how grateful I was to have figured out to pair my new phone to the car's remote start before shock set in when I realized I forgot to preset the temperature and heated seats. 🥶😵‍💫💀

Being overweight, physically inactive, having sleep apnea and stress from work along with persistent pain surely aren't helping. Add in the unexplained and unexpected low potassium back when the Bell's Palsy showed up and this all remains a mystery I need to solve.

Fitness app has been telling me that my sleeping heart rate variation (HRV) has been out of normal range lately. Some of the contributing factors include age, overall health, inactivity, stress and AFib. With a family history of AFib I guess it's time to discuss with my cardiologist next month.

The index finger on my left hand still hurts after I caught it in the bathroom door at work. I definitely saw stars for a moment there as my finger was pulsing with pain. My pulse jumped to 116 bpm.

Today I'm taking Mom for a CT scan before going to work. At least I'll have a shorter day.

So much for those lies that tariffs aren't being paid by the customer. Ubiquiti is now adding tariff surcharges to select items. In this case a $399 camera fetches a 7.2% tariff.

They mentioned powdered eggs, and powdered milk; two things I remember from childhood.

Consistently getting 800+ Mbps 5G service on my new Pixel and iPad at work. It's all T-Mobile towers via Google Fi Wireless. Not sure if their towers were recently upgraded, but speed and network stability seems very much improved.

I wish it was the same at home!

While #Amazon needlessly buries access to live associates in their system, it was nonetheless a pleasure to deal with the associate I was finally able to reach. They took care of the problem without any fuss.
