The actress portraying Kamen Rider Eins is Amane Tensho. Her father is Hiroshi Fujioka, the 1st Kamen Rider. Her brother Maito Fujioka was a rider too. She is a master martial artist so she's probably performing many of the stunts herself

I hear your position and disagree respectfully in return. It seems a great deal of effort for so little return. At most I could see it as a 'hedge your bets' strat, perhaps? In case their victory is not secured within a year. Like Trump blabbed earlier today, 'It's like war.'.
