I think FDM is a much better choice than resin for printing minis at this point because of one unintuitive thing; resin is pretty much only for minis, and FDM isn't.
Follow my logic for a second.

FDM printing has come a long way. See this Westfalia mini I printed for Trench Crusade. Didn't even remember to use the good settings, this is generic A1 mini 0.8 profile on a 0.2mm nozzle.

I cannot stress this enough. You need to get off spotify and youtube for music. Because the AI music is here, and it is slop. You probably wont be able to tell because its feeding off genres that are easy to produce loops for like lofi jazz, but theres also even weirder stuff. (1/7)

So ima just let the BattleTech folks know now that Death From Above Wargaming aka DFA are chuds. They always were but we never talked about it much. They're very cool with hateful speech in their comments and are only getting worse with nazitech embracing their AI art.

I tried doing soviet winter paint on a 'mech at @einherjarvalk.bsky.social 's suggestion. The first attempt was weird but this one turned out pretty good.
