I used to think silence was for forests and mountains.
Lately I’ve been finding it in side streets, park walks, and people who listen.
Stillness isn’t about where you are, it’s about how you’re there.

When I was younger, I thought discipline meant holding the pain and forcing myself through the fire.

Took me years to see it’s really about having a reason strong enough to care, the kind that keeps you showing up even when you don’t feel like it.
