Afro-Hispanic Hector.
When he arrives, he keeps his head shaved. After Thomas helps him come out of his shell, he allows his hair to grow out. He dyes it every now and then to match the alternating colors of his loads.

I was on a flight into Vegas with Flava Flav.
After we de-boarded he was on his way out of the area and he turned back and made eye-contact, so I just gave "the nod." He stopped and walked BACK to the gate to dap me up, then went on his way. Nice guy. I skinned my knuckle on his clock chain.
