Since Costco along with other retailers are suing because the tariffs are not legal, can I sue because the illegal tariffs, illegally cost me money.

Just watch the deficit balloon after the judgement. Wait until that money used to offset the farmers losses is gone and mass farm foreclosures ensue.

Maybe ICE should focus its time and resources on catching and prosecuting or drone attacks on telephone spamming scammers that cheat seniors out of their life savings and put the scammers in CECOT after their convictions since so many are not on US soil.
