To clarify, there's nothing in this game that wouldn't pass muster in an M-rated film.
There are people spreading malicious rumors about it, claiming that it is more extreme.
It reminds me of Night Trap, supposedly one of the most transgressive games of its age. Reality: Milder than Power Rangers.

The horses.wtf situation is really embarrassing for the medium, if the imagery in that game is too much then I think games as an art form might be cooked
