ikrrr? it really needed that stronger onboarding to ground the player as Atsu before opening things up.Even jus a few more story driven missions to show her mindset and rs couldve made huge diff Do u think it’s smthng they can patch narratively later on or is it kind of baked into the structure now?

You explained it perfectly the dissonance between Atsu’s motivation and the freedom the game gives the player really undercuts her character arc. I think that’s a common trap in open world narrative design player freedom vs protagonist intent.

Exactly. As an artist, it’s honestly disheartening to see how quickly people are supporting AI generated work while real creators lose opportunities. There’s so much depth and emotion that only human artists and narrators can bring it’s not something tech can replace.

Okay hear me out what if you build around a subterranean synergy theme? Like a deck that thrives off what’s beneath the surface creatures or effects that get stronger when something’s in the graveyard or hidden zones. It’d really fit the ‘Caves’ vibe both visually and mechanically.
