Mestre, tre fermate d'autobus da Venezia, la cifra è quella, più o meno.Parcheggio interno, 2 camere doppie, etc etc
Fai 250gg x 110 euro (circa 70% tasso di occupazione) e siamo a 27.5K lordi; a questi togli le spese.
E' che, as usual, le tasse si prendono dove è facile prenderle dai "poareti"...

mah, è marginale, visto che passi da un intermediario che fà da sostituto d'imposta ( e calcola le sue fee (circa il 13%) sul totale, tassa21% compresa).Circa i 24k è moolto vicino alla realtà, in mia esperienza

3/2 (sorry): gestendosi la casa dei nonni che non ci sono più! Se poi vogliamo parlare di gruppi che gestiscono pool di appartementi o albergatori che hanno chiuso l'hotel per riaprire un multiBnB, allora altro discorso!
In tt le questioni ci sono diversi aspetti e è necessario considerarli....

Credo però ci sia da sottolineare un'aspetto, laddove si fà il confronto tra un lavoratore a 24k di reddito verso un host sempre da 24K di reddito: l'host, per fare quel lavoro, sostiene cmq una serie di spese: pulizie, lenzuola, condominio, provvigioni della/e piattaforme

Have you tried, into FFT tab, to adjust the wf/fft range?
Usually it's possible "adjust" the range with mouse on the left side of wf....

I set it to -10 dB and, while tuning on, I adjust the sound card level with its controls to get adequate power (50 mW into an 85 cm dish on QO100). This way, the reports are around -6 / -3 dB....
My personal record is -21db @ 1 mW! So LEILA can have a rest :-)

There is a convenient slider at the bottom right of WSJT-X, labeled “PWR”: just slide it down to reduce the power! It has a range of 45 dB.
Although FT8 is an FSK signal, the modulating signal is transmitted in SSB, so the power is proportional to the audio level.
