Owner of the the Vocaloid fansite 39chan says that Smith Hioka, the creator of fanloid Akita Neru, has been browsing the site and "finds it charming". A live Q&A on the site featuring him is set to take place, the date will be revealed next week.

Hatsune Miku V6 AI was showcased at Magical Mirai 2025. The new Miku voicebank will support Japanese, English and Chinese languages. A limited free demo of the voicebank will release this year, with the full version being set to release in the first half of 2026.
